REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days for processing after we have received the returned item.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products damaged due to natural disasters, short circuits, or customer misuse.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at [email protected] to arrange an exchange or refund.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Products damaged after one year from the delivery date are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
  • Refunds are only applicable within the first three (3) months after the delivery date. Beyond this period, we can only offer an exchange or alternative solution within one (1) year of the purchase date.
  • A valid reason must be provided for all returns, refunds, or exchanges.
